OSAA 1A Football Championships

Mohawk 22 - Imbler 16  Nick West (right) of Imbler uses every inch of his 5'-10" frame to sky over Mohawk's Cord Wilkins (left) to pull down a 22 yard reception on the Mohawk five yard line.  West's catch lead to a Nick Thompson touchdown, but it was not enough as Mohawk claimed the OSAA 1A title with a 22-16 victory.  Photo John Lariviere

Mohawk 22 - Imbler 16  Tyson Ludwig (22) of Mohawk rushes up the middle for a seven yard gain to the Imbler 18 yard line with two minutes remaining in the third quarter of the OSAA 1A Football Championship held at Hillsboro Stadium.  Mohawk's 22-16 victory over Imbler was the school's thrid championship in five appearances in a state final.  Photo John Lariviere
